Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Appointments - Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans, so if you find you can't attend an appointment please get in touch so we can reschedule. As this time is set aside for you, 24 hours notice of a cancellation is requested to avoid being charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of your session fee. COVID Safety Please be mindful of the current recommendations around COVID 19 and cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any relevant symptoms. To support everyone's safety and peace of mind, for In Person appointments there will be temperature testing on arrival & wearing of masks for the duration of the session.
